Cancellations

Please cancel your appointments 24-72 hours prior to your appointment. *Chemical cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a $75 fee. *Keratin cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a $100 fee. *Haircut cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 fee. If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
